Bible Study
Each week, we meet in small groups to study the word of God and to build community with one another. Our classes are based on common life stages and interests making it easier to find the right one for you. We encourage you to try different classes and join wherever you feel most comfortable. Childcare and Kids’ Club activities are available for children ages 0-5th grade. Youth can participate in Sunday morning Bible study in person or via Zoom.

Worship
We worship together each Sunday at 11 a.m. in our Sanctuary. This service follows a standard Baptist structure (with variation as needed) that includes a musical prelude, responsive reading, congregational singing using a hymnal, children’s sermon, Scripture, pastoral prayer, Doxology (a brief hymn of thanks), main sermon, benediction (closing prayer) and a musical postlude. Our worship service is customarily one hour long. Most people wear business casual attire. For those unable to be with us in person, we stream our services live on our Facebook and Livestream pages.

How will I find my way around?
On Sundays, just inside the church entrance closest to the parking lot (under the covered walkway) is a welcome center staffed with greeters who are eager to help. For weekday or weekend events, we have plenty of signage and our church office staff are happy to help.

Are visitors singled out?
We want visitors to feel at ease and welcomed. You won’t be put on the spot or have to wear a name badge. You don’t have to sing along with hymns or give an offering. We hope you’ll participate at your personal level of comfort.

Is there childcare during worship?
Yes! Childcare is provided for children ages 0-5th grade during the worship service. They can be dropped off and picked up in the Kids’ Club located on the 3rd floor.

Small Groups
During the week, some Second-Ponce ministry areas fellowship together and study God’s word. Most of these are happening virtually and can be joined by reaching out to the leader for Zoom information.
