Have you seen a fellow SPdL member exhibit qualities that would make them a candidate for church leadership—Someone plugged in to what's happening across church life; a person who volunteers time and ideas to make SPdL experiences special; someone who is willing to solve problems even when they're hard or inconvenient; a person who joyfully gives and serves to glorify God?
