Education for Children

Whether you are a new member, a guest, or you’ve been a part of our family for a while, we are excited to have your children and your family as a part of our fellowship.

Our mission in the Children’s Ministry is to supplement the family as they lay down a spiritual foundation that, in God’s timing, will lead children into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Our ministry and activities focus on teaching children to love God, love God’s church, live in community, and embrace an attitude of Christian service.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these” (Mark 10:14). At Second-Ponce we believe that children are an integral part of our church family, and we seek to provide opportunities to nurture their growth.

Sunday Morning Schedule

We know that parents and grandparents who allow us the privilege of caring for their children trust us to keep their children safe. All children are lovingly cared for by paid workers and volunteers who seek to show children God’s love through their presence, personal interactions, and prepared lessons.
