Massage Therapy
The Family Life Center has teamed up with Mel Pacheco, certified and licensed massage therapist, to offer the following services:
- Swedish Massage: Increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles. Cost is $65/1 hour or $35/half hour.
- Deep Tissue Massage: Aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle; releases chronic muscle tension or knots. Cost is $65/1 hour or $35/half hour.
- Reflexology: The physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas. Cost is $55/45 minutes.
- Neuromuscular Therapy: Manipulates the soft tissue of the body such as muscles, tendons and connective tissue. This is to balance the central nervous system. Cost is $75/1 hour.

TRIAL MEMBERSHIPS
... are still available to those who have never been a member of the Family Life Center. Try us out for 30 days for only $35. The Trial Membership is non-renewable. Trial Members are invited to join the center at the regular rates after the 30 days are over.
