An Invitation to 6th Grade Students

Dear 6th Grade Students,

I would like to invite you to become a part of the Second-Ponce Singers this year as a Second-Ponce Mentor. You will still be a member and singer of the choir, but you will have more responsibilities, such as handing out music, helping members remember to sign in, assisting younger studnets during choir by helping them know where we are singing in the music, and placing "marks" on our reward board.

Please understand, deciding to be a Mentor for Second-Ponce Singeres DOES NOT exclude you from singing in the Voices of Truth Youth Choir that meets with Charley Snell on Sunday afternoons. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to do BOTH!

As a mentor, your first responsibility will be to assist in the Choir Kick-off Lunch that is taking place this Sunday, August 24, in the Youth Area, at 12:30 p.m. I will need your help with the variety of games and activities we have planned for the younger singers. Please let me know if you and your family members can attend this fun event!

I certainly hope you will decide to become a Second-Ponce Mentor this year. Your assistance with the younger singers and yoru support as a more experienced singer is sure to be a winning combination for the whole choir!
