Here's some great news: We are replacing the Family Life Center’s 21-year-old cooling tower and installing a new cooling tower in early- to mid-August. The installation is expected to take two (2) days; during the replacement process our entire facility will be without air conditioning. Without air conditioning, we expect the temperature within the facility to be extremely high. For the safety and comfort of all of our members, during the replacement our operating hours will be reduced to 5:30 a.m.–1 p.m., unless conditions require an earlier closing.

• AGAIN, THERE WILL BE NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING WHILE THE COOLING TOWER IS BEING REPLACED
• OPERATING HOURS DURING THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE 5:30 A.M.–1 P.M., UNLESS CONDITIONS REQUIRE AN EARLIER CLOSING
• THE STEAMROOM AND SAUNA WILL BE CLOSED (UNUSABLE) IN BOTH MEN’S & WOMEN’S LOCKER ROOMS DURING THE REPLACEMENT

For your convenience, we will keep you updated as we get closer to our install date. Your health and well being are important to us and we want you to be able to plan accordingly. Although this activity, planned for early- to mid-August, may disrupt your regular workout schedule, taking this proactive step will help us provide a more consistently comfortable workout environment and prevent future air conditioning crises.
